OUR COMPANY
Loyal Holidays Ltd. Was established in 1990. An IATA and TAANZ bonded Travel Agency, we are a member of the First Travel Group.
We are one of the preferred partners of all major airlines and cruise companies and we have received many business awards over the years.
OUR PRODUCTS
Loyal Holidays’ services cover both Inbound and Outbound travel. We handle worldwide ticketing, accommodation, sightseeing tours and cruising as well as New Zealand tours.
The Taiwan Tourism Bureau has commissioned our firm to promote travel between New Zealand and Taiwan products since 2005.
OUR STAFF
We are a medium-sized company. We provide ongoing job training to all staff which means every Loyal Holidays consultant is well-trained with extensive knowledge of travel.
Our team are fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese speakers thus we are able to Communicate easily with a wide range of clients.
OUR SERVICE AND PRICE
Although the travel industry has become more difficult with airlines reducing the commissions we take pride in maintaining the quality of our service without making any extra charges. We survive because 80% of our business is through word of mouth. We are grateful to our satisfied clients who refer new customers to us. Our emphasis is on delivering truly personal service.
